Be.Social Community proudly announces a major milestone in its program: over $53,000 donated to 10 local charities.
The most recent contribution of $10,164 was made to First Descents, an organization providing life-changing outdoor adventures for young adults impacted by cancer and other serious health conditions.
“Partnerships with the top brands in the cannabis industry have been crucial to amplifying our community impact,” said Dan Morgan, Co-Founder of Social Cannabis Dispensary. “By working together, we deliver high-quality products to our customers and contribute meaningfully to the neighborhoods we serve.”
Since launching the Be.Social Community initiative, Social Cannabis Dispensary has partnered with numerous local nonprofits, including Cultivando, Bienvenidos Food Bank, and Expunge Colorado, to support causes that make a difference in the lives of Colorado residents. Each donation reflects the company’s commitment to giving back to the communities that support its five locations across the state.
“Our mission goes beyond cannabis,” said Josh Riggs, Co-Founder of Social Cannabis Dispensary. “Through the Be.Social Community program, we’re investing in the people and causes that make Colorado such a special place. Hitting $53,000 in donations is just the beginning—we’re committed to building even stronger community partnerships in 2025.”
About Be.Social Community
The Be Social Community program is an innovative initiative that fosters collaboration with industry brands to make a positive impact on the community. Through this program, we establish partnerships with our customer’s favorite brands, where a portion of the funds from each unit sale support our neighborhoods’ greatest needs.
Today, 50 cents every unit sold from Dixie, Batch, Harmony, Haze, Wana, Sano Gardens, Eureka, Spherex, Green Dot Labs and Mighty Melts at each Social Cannabis location is donated quarterly to a local non-profit organization.
With plans to expand the program in the coming year, Social Cannabis Dispensary aims to raise even more funds and awareness for local charities. “Our customers and partners make this possible,” added Riggs. “When you shop at Social, you’re not just buying cannabis—you’re helping us give back.”
