Customers are responsible for keeping possession of all stickers until redemption. Lost stickers cannot be replaced.
The Social Vacation Package is a travel prize valued at approximately $1,200 that can be used toward eligible vacation expenses such as airfare, hotel stays, or accommodations. Winners will be contacted directly by Social and provided with redemption instructions. The destination and travel details are chosen by the winner, subject to availability and redemption guidelines. If the travel package becomes unavailable, Social may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative. All travel prize redemptions must be completed by April 30, 2026, in accordance with the official rules.
Weed for a Year means receiving $250 per month in Social Cannabis gift cards for 12 months, for a total prize value of $3,000. Gift cards are issued monthly and can be used at participating Social Cannabis or Fireplace locations on eligible products, subject to Colorado purchase limits and regulations. Cannabis products are redeemed as regulated retail sales, and applicable taxes may apply. Gift cards are non-transferable and require valid 21+ ID for redemption. All prize redemptions must occur by April 30, 2026, per the official rules.

All prize redemptions must occur in Colorado at participating Social Cannabis or Fireplace locations.
Employees of Sponsor, Social Cannabis, Fireplace, and participating vendors are NOT eligible to participate.
This promotion will not be advertised to, targeted at, or made available to any person under 21, in compliance with 1 CCR 212-3 (Colorado Marijuana Code Advertising Restrictions).

5. Instant Winners – How They Work
Some stickers will reveal an Instant Winner prize printed directly on the sticker.
Instant Winner prizes must be redeemed on a future visit, not the same transaction, to comply with Colorado purchase limits.
Sticker must be presented physically. Instant Winner prizes will be redeemed for $1 to comply with marijuana retail regulations and METRC tracking requirements.

7. Contest Period
Begins January 14 and ends March 31, 2025, or earlier if all stickers are distributed.
Sponsor may end the promotion early without notice if supply is exhausted.
Promotion may end early at Sponsor’s discretion if sticker inventory is exhausted. No additional stickers will be produced.
Any valid entries already received will still be honored.
8. How to Claim Prizes
Participants are responsible for maintaining possession of their stickers and completed game boards. Lost, damaged, or stolen stickers or boards will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Social will coordinate delivery of prizes to the stores within approximately two (2) weeks of redemption; however, processing may take longer depending on prize availability or verification requirements.
All prize redemptions must be received or submitted no later than April 30, 2026. Any redemption requests or prize claims received after this date will be considered void and ineligible for fulfillment.
Participants may elect to leave all completed or partially completed game pieces with Sponsor or participating retailers following the conclusion of the Bingo promotion period for consolidated prize redemption. This procedure permits participants to qualify for and redeem multiple Bingo Prize outcomes derived from a single game board, including instances where one or more game pieces contribute to multiple valid winning lines (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal).
Retained or surrendered game pieces shall remain the property of the participant until such time as the redemption process is completed or the April 30, 2026 redemption deadline has expired.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, participating retailers, vendors, and all affiliated owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed entries, technical issues, printing or distribution errors, or unauthorized human intervention.
If the promotion is compromised by fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
Sponsor’s total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the retail value of the highest prize awarded.
10. Privacy Statement
Information submitted is used only for administration, age verification, and prize fulfillment. Sponsor does not sell or share entrant personal information except as required by law.
11. Compliance Statement
This promotion complies with the Colorado Marijuana Code, including:
– No advertising to individuals under 21 (Rule 3-740)
– Audience targeting reasonably expected to be 71.6% age 21+ (Rule 3-720)
– No false, misleading, or deceptive claims (Rules 3-725 & 3-730)
– All cannabis prizes are transferred as regulated sales for $1 and tracked via METRC.
