Official Rules for Social Cannabis Dispensary Giveaway

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. Sponsor Information: The Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Social Cannabis Dispensary (“Sponsor”) with its principal office located at 4405 Chambers Rd Denver, CO 80239.
  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older). Employees of the Sponsor, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
  3. How to Enter: Entrants can enter by completing the entry form on the designated website during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person. Automated entries are prohibited. All entries must be received by the stated deadline.
  4. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a pair of tickets as specified in the promotion. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $50. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries and notified via the contact information provided. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor’s decisions on all aspects of this Giveaway are final.
  6. Opt-In to Communications: By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to enroll in the Sponsor’s marketing communications list and agree to receive promotions and advertisements through text messages, calls (including through automatic dialing or prerecorded voice), emails, or other outreach channels. By consenting, entrants authorize Sponsor and its technology provider, Alpine IQ, Inc., to retain contact details and engagement history for personalized marketing. Entrants may opt-out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP.” Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  7. Privacy and Publicity: Entrants agree that the Sponsor may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.   8. Conduct and Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants for tampering or acting in bad faith. Sponsor may void entries if it believes entrants are attempting to interfere with the Giveaway’s integrity.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. Entrants release Sponsor and affiliates from any liability related to this Giveaway.
  10. Dispute Resolution: All disputes are governed by the laws of Colorado. Entrants agree to resolve disputes individually, waiving any right to class action.

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Social Dispensary, located at 614 N Pearl St Bridgeton NJ, 08302 (“Sponsor”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of New Jersey who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on January 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

  1. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter:

  1. a) Purchase Entry: Customers who make a purchase of $200 or more during the Sweepstakes

Period will receive one (1) entry.

  1. b) Free Entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Social Dispensary, 614 N Pearl St Bridgeton NJ, 08302, ATTN: Sweepstakes Entry. Mail-in entries must be

postmarked by January 5, 2026 and received by January 10, 2026.

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method.

  1. PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to a professional basketball game of

Sponsor’s choice. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted within 5 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. The winner will be notified by phone or email and must respond within 48 hours. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

  1. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

  1. WINNER LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Social Dispensary, 614 N Pearl St Bridgeton NJ, 08302, ATTN: Sweepstakes Winner List. Requests must be received by February 16, 2026.
